Irene Manautou, Founder and CEO

As Chief Executive Officer, Irene Manautou determines the organization’s strategic direction and oversees all finance, sales, partnerships, employment, and legal matters. Irene brings over 30 years of experience leading technology companies focused on data analytics for mission-critical industries, including healthcare, security, and intelligence. She has held numerous executive and legal positions at Fortune 100 and start-up companies in Los Angeles, Austin, Asia, and the Middle East. She started her career as an intellectual property attorney, handling U.S. and international M&A transactions. Irene has a B.S. from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. She has served on numerous boards involving children’s rights, Hispanic leadership, women’s groups, and the underprivileged.

Rita Diamond, CFO

For the past fifteen years, Rita Diamond has overseen all accounting, finance, and contracting administration areas, including budgeting, forecasting, financial statement reporting, analysis, and compliance. Rita has a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.

Jason Helmandollar, VP of Healthcare Solutions

Jason Helmandollar is responsible for software development, project deployment, and developing relationships with customers and partners, including demonstrations and training. Jason has spent nearly twenty years working as a healthcare fraud investigator and business analyst, developing investigative methodologies and coordinating Medicaid fraud, waste, and abuse projects. He was also an instructor at a technical institute covering cybercrime and laws associated with prosecuting offenders. Jason graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Criminology.

Mallika Thanky, VP of Data Analytics

As the lead healthcare solutions data scientist, Mallika Thanky identifies opportunities where machine learning can help provide insights and optimize workflow and support business goal development. She manages client relationships and advances Pulselight analytic healthcare solutions. She has more than eight years of experience in the healthcare fraud sector as an investigator and business analyst and has been a successful data enthusiast for over a decade. Mallika received her Master’s degree in Science and Analytics from The University of Chicago and holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and French from The University of Texas at Austin. She is certified by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (AFCE).

Stuart Jarriel, VP of Engineering

Stuart Jarriel provides machine learning expertise to existing computational platforms, including support for predictive model management. He was instrumental in the original design and implementation of Pulselight technology. He has been working with Pulselight for more than seven years and has thirty years of engineering and technical experience. Stuart graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Yousif Seedhom, VP of Engineering

Yousif Seedhom is responsible for maintaining the internal platform solution and processes for data obfuscation, data intake pipeline, product deployment, and managing the production environment. Yousif received his Master’s degree in Software Engineering and his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin.

Phil Roberge, Director of Enterprise Data Management and Technology

For over fifteen years, Phil Roberge has provided technical leadership for the data and development operation activities associated with delivering the Pulselight analytic solution. He oversees the organization’s overall data and technology operations, determining departmental technology needs, and establishing IT policies and systems. Phil received his Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at Michigan Technological University.

John Lasby, Senior Software Developer

John Lasby has more than twenty-two years of experience as a software developer. He supports the user interface design and implementation for the Pulselight healthcare data analytics products. John graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Jonathan Mugan, Principal Scientist, Resident AI Expert

Jonathan Mugan specializes in machine learning and artificial intelligence. At DeUmbra, Jonathan leads teams and implements solutions for the Department of Defense. Jonathan received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a Masters in Business and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
